To begin using the ECM service requires that you think about many things related to your documents and work. We have a New Customer Information Form we ask that you fill out for the various things necessary to prepare your business unit for using the ECM service. Here is a document in MS Word .docx and PDF formats to help you gather the needed information prior to filling out the form (which unfortunately cannot be saved partially completed). We do not require that you complete and submit this New Customer Information form prior to meeting with us.
